Membership Term

• Membership has an initial minimum term of 12 months.
• Monthly memberships continue after the initial 12 months unless cancelled.
• After the initial 12 period, monthly memberships may be cancelled by giving 30 days’ written notice before the next payment date.
• Annual memberships do not renew automatically.

• One annual Home Electrical Health Check.
• Priority booking for electrical work.

• Electrical advice and guidance when required.

Annual Home Electrical Health Check

• Your annual inspection will be carried out during our normal working hours, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. Last appointment 4pm.
• We will contact you to arrange a convenient appointment.
• If an appointment is missed or cancelled at short notice, a rearranged visit may be subject to availability.

Payments

• Monthly memberships are collected by Direct Debit.
• Annual memberships are payable in full at the time of joining.
• Membership fees are non refundable once paid, except where required by law.

What’s Not Included

Unless specifically stated, membership does not include:

• The cost of replacement parts or materials.
• New electrical installations or upgrades.
• Emergency or out of hours call outs.
• Repairs resulting from accidental damage, misuse, flooding, fire or other external events.
• Work outside the agreed membership benefits.

Any additional work requested will be quoted separately.

Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for any pre arranged appointments. If we cannot gain access, additional visits may need to be rearranged.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits are provided solely to the registered property and are not transferable without our written agreement.

Our Liability

We will always carry out work with reasonable skill and care. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to Membership

We may update our membership benefits, pricing or these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
